In 2019 I was the editor of the animated segments in a Vice/HBO documentary about the founder of 8chan, Fredrick Brennan. Putting together the animatic for this one was interesting because the storyboards I was given were such a fantastical representation of what the narrator was describing. Finding the right timing for things to play out took a lot more experimentation but in the end came together quite nicely.
